DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

You will be responsible for the market and business development of testing and certification capabilities in Indonesia. You will work closely with the General Manager of Indonesia and the Assistant Vice President of Product Services Division to support the Group’s growth and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow, develop and expand the product testing and certification services for Medical Device Business in the Indonesia and other assigned ASEAN countries through business development activities
  • Be Key Account Manager for our clients in Indonesia and forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients

  • Drive all business development initiatives in identified markets or segments including marketing, market research and competitive intelligence activities. Continuously identify business and market trends as well as opportunities for targets.

  • Collaborate with the relevant business units and strategic partners in driving new partnerships or business alliances to develop new services, markets and key accounts including project negotiation, pricing strategies and project realization where applicable
  • Work with the respective sales teams to conceptualize, develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Biomedical (preferred) or General Engineering with at least 5 years of sales or business development experience for medical devices in B2B environment
  • Strong sales and/or business development track records and the ability to use consultative selling and manage volume orders
  • Clear and articulate presentation ability with excellent communication skills
  • Target-driven personality but with high level of diplomacy to influence management and decision makers
