DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Communicate with the Board / Committee Members and Other Related Members, Shareholders, International Head Quarters, Lega firm, OJK and other Stakeholders.
2) Responsible for arranging BOD/BOC, other committees, and creating the Minutes of Meeting in English
3) Making sure the company’s governance framework is appropriately developed, established, and maintained, overseeing legal entity management, developing and improving the company’s governance program, conducting training and development of the board, collaborating with executive teams
4) Keep and point for all corporate documents.
REQUIREMENTS:
1) Strong communication skill (Bahasa & English)
2) Basic knowledge in Indonesia laws and regulations (Specially UUPT)
3) Basic knowledge and understanding in corporate governance framework
4) Expereince in Financial Industry is more preferrable
