DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
FINANCE ACCOUNTING MANAGER
Job Description
• Manage the daily operations of the FAT (Finance Accounting Tax) division and ensure it runs according to the SOP.
• Designing/ compiling SOPs that intersect with financial activities.
• Become the company’s Internal Audit Function.
• Make Annual Financial Report.
• Make monthly Performance Reports for all the company’s business units.
• Ensuring that every financial transaction that occurs in the company can be properly recorded in the accounting system.
• Ensuring the recording of the company’s Fixed Assets is carried out properly and correctly.
• Perform other tasks related to FAT.
• Recording the company’s investment in all investment instruments owned by the company.
• Prepare tax planning for the company.
Requirement:
• Maximum age 40 years.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same field.
• Minimum education degree majoring in Accounting.
• Have excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Have good and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Have good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in operating accounting software (especially Accurate Online) and the E-SPT application.
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office especially Excel (Advanced Level).
• Have a good understanding of the applicable Indonesian tax regulations.
