DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA
1. Minimum 10 years experiences as a Purchasing Head for palm oil mills and plantations with strong exposure to overall in purchasing supplies mnagement;
2. At least minimum 20 years of total working experiences as Purchasing Manager (for Purchasing Senior Manager);
3. Age maximum 45 years old;
4. Bachelor Degree in Business, Management or equivalent;
5. Master’s degree in Business, Management or equivalen is a plus;
6. In charge of managing purchasing teams, gathering purchase requests, identifying the company’s needs, and setting goals in adherence to the budget;
7. Contract management to include all aspects (e.g. administer, review, manage, file, evaluate, analyze, and negotiate);
8. Organizing and supervising purchasing functions;
9. Managing daily activities in purchasing to include day to day;
10. Managing contracts including administering, negotiating, reviewing, filing, and evaluating for availability, price, term, and quality of products;
11. Coordinating & Administer bidding process and contracts (e. g. prepare specifications, evaluate bids, recommend vendors, etc.);
12. Strong communication, analytical, negotiation, leadership skills, teamwork, attention to detail & honest;
13. Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions;
14. Ability to inspire confidence and create trust;
15. Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate;
16. Proven leadership and management ability in the areas of purchasing operations;
17. Independent, meticulous and excellent interpersonal skills;
18. “Can do” attitude positive;
19. Must be able to speak and write English language (oral and written);
20. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
